The MAX4400–MAX4403 low-cost,
general-purpose op amps offer rail-to-rail outputs,
draw only 320µA of quiescent current, and operate
from a single +2.5V to +5.5V supply. For additional
power conservation, the MAX4401 offers a low-power
shutdown mode that reduces supply current to 1µA
(max) and puts the amplifier's output in a high-impedance
state.
These devices deliver ±1.4mA of output current
and are unity-gain stable with a 1MHz gain-bandwidth
product driving capacitive loads up to 400pF. The
MAX4400–MAX4403 are specified to +125°C,
making them suitable for use in a variety of harsh
environments, such as automotive applications. The
MAX4400 single amplifier is available in ultra-small
5-pin SC70 and space-saving 5-pin SOT23 packages.
The single MAX4401 includes the shutdown feature and
is available in a 6-pin SC70. The MAX4402 is a dual
amplifier available in 8-pin SOT23 and SO packages.
The MAX4403 quad amplifier is packaged in a 14-pin
TSSOP or SO.

The Teridian 78Q8430 is a 10/100TX
controller supporting multi-media offload, optimized
for host processor offload and throughput enhancements
for demanding multi-media applications found in Set
Top Box, IP Video, and Broadband Media Appliance applications.
The 78Q8430 seamlessly interfaces to non-PCI processors
through a simplified pseudo SRAM-like Host Bus Interface
supporting 32/16/8 bit data bus widths and provides
support for IEEE802.3x flow control and compliance
with IEEE802.3 and 802.3u standards. Supporting 10Base-T
and 100Base-TX, the transceiver provides Auto MDI-X
cable cross-over correction, AUTO Negotiation, Link
Configuration and FULL/HALF duplex support with Full-duplex
flow control and requires only a dual 1:1 isolation
transformer for line interfacing.
The 78Q8430 incorporates flow control requiring only
a dual 1:1 isolation transformer for line interfacing
and incorporates numerous packet processing and IP
address resolution control functions, in addition
to an extensive set of Error Monitoring, Reporting
and Troubleshooting features.

The MLX90121 is an ISO compliant 13.56MHz
RFID transceiver integrated circuit. The main features
include user selectable modulation depth in write
mode, whereas single sub-carrier, FSK and PSK modulations
are recognized in the read mode. The receiver is based
on a diode envelope detector, followed by an IF filter
and amplifier.
The receiver is based on a diode envelope detector,
followed by an IF filter and amplifier. A logarithmic
amplifier is used for single subcarrier detection,
ensuring fast and clean data recovery. The limiting
output of the log amp is used for FSK and PSK recovery.
The transmitter uses a built in open drain output
transistor, which can provide up to 250 miliwatts
of RF power to a 50 ohms load with a 5 volts power
supply using the recommended matching network.
